Due to the length of the videos, most users will have their logon expire prior to the conclusion of the video. Users who have logged onto the website should verify that they are still logged on before proceeding to complete the evaluation.
Override Streaming Protocol?
If you are having difficulty viewing the video due to firewall issues, you can try selecting the "Override Streaming Protocol?" check box and then clicking the "Submit" button. This will cause the player to attempt to send the content using HTTP (Port 80). Warning: Users who can access the streaming content normally should not use this option as it may result in a decrease in performance.
