The goal of the broadcast is to increase participant understanding of the Liability Notices and beneficiary appeal Rights for residents of nursing homes. This program is a live presentation that will include some pre-taped segments given by CMS CO experts.

Mandatory for CMS regional office and State survey agency staff who survey Nursing home providers.
